Bought a Range Rover Evoque from this dealership and experienced the following. 1) helpful guy Tim on phone to take my enquiry, he agreed to a virtual walk around over face time. Internet images spot on. Very useful as I had Covid at the time and was isolating. 2) Offered to run a finance quote for me with Moto Novo as I was undecided how I was financing at this point. 3) I financed through my bank but Tim's colleague Jake did explain to me that car finance is better option than my bank loan but I chose the bank anyway as much lower APR. 4) Collection lovely friendly experience. 5) Vehicle was immaculate in and out. 6) Tim helped me set the audio settings up very helpful. 7) I wanted the alloy's to go black they offered a quotation for this, and to get booked in when able 8) Felt confident driving away knowing Tim would be at end of phone if I had any worries. 9) Tim called me few days later to see if I was ok left me a voicemail - that was great after service I thought. I am happy with purchase albeit I've not had chance to get much use with working long hours and recent storms but fingers crossed all will continue to be a happy driving experience. Purchased a BMW from Gold Vehicles
and it was all really simple from start to finish. Tim showed me a selection of cars, taking the time to understand my needs. He then showed me a BMW that they were prepping and it was perfect for me. They quickly put an agreeable finance package together and asked me when I would like the car ready to collect. I went back and collected it a few days later and it was absolutely spotless and looked great - like brand new! I've had follow up calls from the dealership and MotoNovo finance since, and any questions I had were quickly responded to in a professional manner. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my vehicle and it's great to have a friendly, knowledgeable car dealership in the local area. The team down there really know their cars and good customer service just comes natural to them.

"I saw the car advertised so gave the guys (Tim) a call. From the off I got a good vibe from him, very trusting voice, not pushy and very informative. I had a couple of questions and he answered them where he could,those he couldn't, he chased up and got back to me with the information. He did a full video walk round of the car and pointed out a few blemishes that I'd not seen from the photos. He kept me in the loop after placing a holding deposit and I travelled down on the train. He picked me up from the station and when we arrived at Gold Vehicles, there it was, gleaming, exactly as described, presented perfectly. They fueled it for me to travel back to Cheshire and the drive home was faultless. A great experience from start to finish and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want a nice car with peace of mind and a faultless service then don't hesitate to contact them. Absolute brilliant experience. I love the car. 10/10 *

The owner of Gold Vehicles was not pushy and has the right idea of how to sell perfectly good, well priced cars. Recently travelled up from Barnstaple to set up a car on finance. Even though I didn't make an appointment I was accommodated to straight away and was greeted and dealt with in a very professional manner. Everything was dealt with in the fastest, most efficient way and the finance and any fees were all set up and cleared in less than an hour! Made the whole experience so much less daunting, I felt very reassured and open to ask any questions so I left with all the answers I needed, paperwork I'd agreed to and contact numbers for the meantime too. Also had the autoglym ultra hd wax put on by the valeting guys as a free added extra and they've done an amazing job, it's certainly catching eyes! Can't thank the guys at Gold enough x

After enquiring with several main dealers local to me I found an amazing example of the car I wanted (Fiat 124) at Gold Vehicles (200 miles from where I live). I sent a message to the mobile number and was replied to very quickly and professionally. All my questions were answered honestly, and I was even shown the car and documents for the car by video call. Once the deal was signed, I travelled down by train and they even offered to pick me up from the station. I was impressed by his knowledge and friendly nature as well as the pride and presentation taken in the vehicles on site. The car looked exceptional, like a brand-new car - helped by the superb DiamondBrite treatment. I am exceptionally happy with my new car and the service provided by Gold Vehicles. I highly recommend Gold Vehicles if you want a great quality car with a friendly service and none of the usual pressure selling or misleading adverts! Thank you!

I bought a Fiat 500 Twin Air, 11 reg from this dealer and I can say that this was the best experience that I have had buying cars. We were met and shown the car, given a coffee and left to look around the car. We were then given a tour around the car and pointed out the only slight mark (we would have miss it not been pointed out, we appreciated the honesty) We were showed all the documentation with the 60 point check. All the cars were clean, tidy and ready for sale. Once we had bought the fiat we were offered the Autoglym HD coating which we have taken advantage of, amazing my Fiat now looks new! I couldn't be happier with the experience and I am sooooo happy with my nice new car. Thank you to the team at Gold Car sales.

Just like other reviews, nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Gold vehicles and Jake. After a few failed negotiations with local dealers (london area) i spotted a great car on autotrader with Gold vehicles.. the price was listed as good (many other ads for the same model were not) - Jake was great to talk to, no hard sell or suspicious half truths, it all felt very honest and open. .. long story short, i took the train from london to Exeter, Jake was ready at the station to pick me up. The car was beautifully presented and clean, just as it had be advertised and the handover / paperwork process was smooth and easy. Easily the best car purchasing experience ive had (better than big brand showrooms and new car purchases) highly recommend gold vehicles
