Breakdown Assistance
Working alongside AutoAssist we offer a 365/24/7 breakdown recovery service managed by Call Assist. This can be provided to customers as a standalone product or alongside our warranty product range.

With in excess of 2 million customers relying on their breakdown assistance services, Call Assist's team of 500 staff work around the clock to deliver a market-leading service to the 350,000+ customers, annually needing their help.
- Recovery
We'll take the driver, up to seven passengers, and their car to the nearest approved garage for repairs.
If the car can't be fixed or there is no garage nearby, they will arrange for the vehicle, the driver and up to seven passengers to be transported to a destination of their choice.
- At Home
A recovery vehicle will be despatched to your customer's home address or within a 1/4 mile radius. Attempts will be made to repair their vehicle on the spot. If a repair is not possible they will transport the vehicle to the nearest repairing garage.
- Alternative Travel or Accommodation
Contribution towards alternative travel or replacement vehicle if it is not possible to repair the vehicle within the same working day.
